Churchill College, Cambridge The reconstruction and conversion of the main kitchens to provide new catering facilities and servery to the Great Hall. The sensitive exercise of inserting modern, state of the art kitchens and preparation areas within the grade two listed structure was carried out on programme and within budgets. The College now has a facility that can provide over three hundred meals at one sitting to its expanding conference clientele, as well as maintaining its excellent reputation for High Table dining.
