A new-build development of 10 houses and 6 flats for the East London Bangladeshi community. The scheme reinterprets the London terrace and completes the east side of the square.

The rear of the terrace is stepped to reflect the varying accommodation contained within the block. High back-yard walls reflect the need for security without accentuating the beleaguered circumstances of the residents. Materials are simple and easily maintainable.
