Woodstock Court, London Conversion of a listed Grade II building on the Duchy of Cornwall Estate to provide category II sheltered housing for the elderly. The internal courtyard has been remodelled to incorporate raised landscape beds for the elderly residents to appreciate from a wheelchair, and a central fountain and pool to lend interest and animation. All planting is of an old-fashioned “cottage garden” variety, easily maintained and accessed via level gravel paths.
